SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped within 2-7 days unless specified. Text and email alerts are given during checkout. Suncoast brass is not responsible for shipping alert errors or failure to notify for delivery for tracking numbers from shipping companies. All sales are final. There is a 10% restocking fee if customer opts to return product. We do not ship outside the United States.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For errors with the order, contact Suncoastoncefiredbrass@gmail.com. All sales are final. If incorrect product is sent, a replacement order may be sent. Buyer pays all shipping costs to return orders in the event that a return has been authorized.
